It could be worse, it could be better

Pros:
There is a pool which is pretty unique.
Cons:
With some things theyre responsive, with others that feel less pressing to them they are not. There are some things that have never been fixed in my unit that I have asked about. However, with more "essential" things, everything has gotten done in a timely manner. The laundry in the building is poorly maintained, as with the other amenities. It does make you frustrated that you pay an amenity fee.
Advice to owner:
Actually maintain the laundry area, the roof, pool, etc. You can't trick people with rendered street easy photos forever.

This building is managed like a 12 years old takes care of it!

Pros:
- Access to nice amenities - Easy access to MTA and LIRR
Cons:
- Constant litter in front of building. - Filthy common areas. - Gym is always dusty and dirty. - Repairs is non-existent for common areas, amenities and equipments. - Rooftop is left with no maintenance or cleaning. - 3/4 of washing machines are down or need repair. - Bike room is musty.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the property!!
