Terrible management—hard to get in touch with, once you get in touch they will gaslight you and refuse to fix issues. Entire building is riddled with mold, even the pipes. DO NOT MOVE HERE. One of my former neighbors got cancer after living in this building for an extended period of time and suspects it was due to the mold exposure. The mold exposure gave me chronic skin issues. Would not suggest living in any of CW Realty Group’s buildings, they are scum lords who are actively choosing to put their tenants’ health in danger for profit.
