My room at atlantic house was comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for everyday living. It came fully furnished with a proper bed, desk, storage space, and good lighting, which made it easy to settle in right away. The room felt private and quiet enough to relax, work, or just unwind after a long day. I also appreciated that it was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balance between functionality and comfort. Overall, it felt like a personal space rather than just a temporary room, which made a big difference in my experience.

Units are rent stabilized. Near the A/C train and the LIRR.
Cons
The other tenants have made this experience extra horrible. I have experience four different leaks less than four months. There are cockroaches and other maintenance issues. The landlord and property owner are often unresponsive.
