Low key building with only three units and nice neighbors. Pretty big spot for a two bedroom in this area. Awesome neighborhood.
Common area is not cleaned frequently or thoroughly enough. Landlords hire out all work and repairs on the cheap so they are all poorly done and low quality. Property manager can be flaky.
Hire people who will take better care of the property.
