The building is only 3 units, and rent and utilities are bundled in one price! Renting directly from the landlord and she is so great. Responsive, kind, and understanding!
The floors in our unit are over 100 years old and boards are snapping and breaking and honestly dont feel super safe! Haha but if they got fixed I would never want to leave here!
