Pros:
Nice tall ceiling and located in a somewhat quiet spot.
Cons:
Frat bois located at the base floor and they always have parties, drugs and talk really loud about inappropriate locker room talks like no one else lives there. I get really annoyed when I get woken up at 3 am with their bro parties whimpering about women. Since Covid it’s been happening even more often.
Advice to owner:
Can we get security just in case the bros want my wife?

Pros:
I lived in this building for over 4 years and had a good experience. Landlord is good and responds fast to inquiries. Roof top is great!
