Beware the management company!! Do not rent!!

Pros:
None. I loved the neighborhood but the landlord made my living situation a stressful and anxious experience.
Cons:
BEWARE THIS LANDLORD! They will not fix anything and will raise your rent unreasonable amounts. Living here was an absolute nightmare. They do not care about tenants safety at all. They’re criminals.
Advice to owner:
Stop taking advantage of young renters who have little control or leverage. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
