    Nice Apartment-Style Dorm

    -apartment-style
    -great views
    -balcony
    Cons:
    -roaches on lower floors
    -very drafty in the winter
    -Shared student housing causes it to be a little dirtier

    Maintenance is very quick to solve a problem, easy to contact management, laundry in building
    Cons:
    roaches come in from hallways and trash chutes. Trash chutes in building cause smell.
