    Not the best place
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Some neighbors are nice.
    Cons:
    It's Nasty and dirty most of the time. There's a bunch of cockroaches crawling all over the place...even the elevator! If you live there more that 25 years, they want to kick you out and make the living hell out of you.
