A Quiet But Old-fashioned Building
Pros
Quiet neighbors, great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops, very close to G subway stop, short distance to Manhattan, there is a lot of space
Cons
Very old fashioned in terms of appliances - no dishwasher or air conditioning, only heating is gas heaters in bedrooms Very little natural light in common area of kitchen/living room Maintenance is not responsive in a timely manner. It has taken weeks to months to have simple problems addressed.
Advice to the owners
Install updated appliances such as dishwasher, air conditioning, and heating, make sure maintenance is responsive to tenants
