    Ok apartment lol

    Pros:
    Small, long time tenants are nice, had laundry in basement, good location!
    Cons:
    Basement unfinished (a little rough), had plumbing issues that took a long time to get fixed (hard to communicate with managements choice of plumbers, etc)

    Step up maitnance
