A Wonderful Place to Live

Pros:
Spacious railroad-style apartments in an 8-unit building. The landlord is attentive to issues and proactive about improvements. A good Super who gets the job done well. In 11 years in this building, there have been very few issues with noisy or disrespectful neighbors. Rent is good for the area and increases are minimal.
Cons:
The windows are in bad need of replacement. The heat gets so hot in the winter that windows often need to be opened (but at least we have consistent heat).

Pros:
Landlord is very responsive. Unit is spacious with high ceilings, recently updated paint and countertops, wood floors, and ceiling fans. The building is very well insulated, so no noise can be heard from surrounding units.
Cons:
Heat is sometimes too high in the winter
