Horrible abusive neighbors day in and and day out screaming cursing smoking Newport’s inside dirty neighborhood with a group of folks entitled to leaving everything a dump outside

Cons:
Everything. Some of the tenants in the building would harass us and blast music. Apartment was filthy and not well kept.
