good building - terrible landlord

building is new, apartments are nice.

Cons

unfortunately i would avoid at all costs, landlord literally does not respond or care. be warned that if you need anything done that requires the landlord it won't happen. he will ignore all outreach. this is the type of landlord you need to keep a paper trail for.
