    Pros:
    I liked this building as it was a brown stone walk up and the unit had all of the main necessities such as air, heat, in unit washer-drier, and dish washer.
    Cons:
    Everything was nice except for an annoying dog that barked next door.
    Advice to owner:
    do something about the dog.
