you can hear all the music and yelling from downstairs
Pros
It's a cute place not too far from the G train. It's a fine place to live if you sleep unusual hours.
Cons
It is LOUD. Right below the apartment is a venue for people to host parties. There is no soundproofing in the venue and the floors are very thin, so you can hear just about everything. It's really bad when they use the mic, especially on karaoke nights.It's also right next to a grocery store and above a restaurant that both start getting ready at 4 or 5 in the morning, so you can hear the heavy metal gates opening right outside your window.
