Kind of perfect
Pros
-quick reply from landlord and super -apts have been recently renovated and done smartly -other tenants are respectful
Cons
-some of the houses on Lafayette have loud parties (2x a month or so) that can go pretty late -sometimes the lock feature on the front door gets jammed and compromises the security of the building (usually fixed within 48hrs after it occurs, but happens 1x/month) -laundry machines are not the best, need to be upgraded, dryer 4 doesn't work, your clothes come out smelling like animal half the time
Advice to the owners
-keep up the good work -get a new front door -upgrade washing machines or get some serious maintenance on them
