The apartment looks nice at a first glance.
The landlord is an absolute menace who runs the building like a tyrant. If you have the misfortune of living above him, he will complain about every pin drop of noise (even when you aren't in the house). Trying to get him to fix anything in the building is a sisyphean task. He is rude and stubborn.
