Great apartment, falls short with management

Pros

Great apartment with new appliances, spacious for price. Gets lots of light. Kitchen is perfect for people who love to cook. Close to G subway. Friendly neighborhood.

Cons

Property manager does not answer for weeks at a time to fix issues. Roof leak since I moved in a year ago. Landlord is a bit of a stickler. VERY NOISY NEIGHBORS. Located on top of a deli and across from a very busy bar so it’s always loud and something going on downstairs.
