Great neighbors, great Indian restaurant downstairs, outdoor space for 2nd fl tenants
Unresponsive landlord, mold in the bathroom, stove that barely worked, heat in front bedroom didn't work and was never fixed, hallways and stairs were not taken care of, landlord was very rude
Be nicer to your tenants and take care of the bare minimum
