Renters approve of the building's owners
The neighborhood is fabulous, the landlord very questionable. Beautiful street on St James Place.
No garbage disposal, have to collect garbage for pickup days. Big issue with centipedes and roaches in the apartment, rats in front of building and neighboring buildings. Landlord not cooperative, did not pay back security deposit and practices rude behavior.
