Neighborhood is the best asset
Former Tenant
Pros:
The other tenants, the owner of the business on the first floor, and the neighbors are all great. There are a lot of longtime people who live in this neighborhood.
Cons:
Dead roaches in hallway, dead mouse in unit, lack of water pressure, heat very hot in winter, electricity inconsistent, landlord is slow for maintenance and fights with you when you bring up any requests. Don’t believe me try it out yourself.
Advice to owner:
Be nice to your tenants. You are the cause of two vacant store fronts on Franklin Avenue, and you treat your rental tenants like garbage. Clean up your act!
