Nightmare Landlord - look elsewhere
Pros
Cute house, beautiful apartments
Cons
The landlord is an absolute nightmare and terror (and she lives on the first floor of the house). I watched her scream at delivery men for not closing her front gate properly. You are expected to do your own garbage if you do it incorrectly (with no explanation of how it’s supposed to be done, mind you) she freaks out and she screams at you for the slightest infraction. I was chewed out and cursed at multiple times. She is extremely slow to respond to broken appliances and replaced broken appliances with used (read:dirty) ones. There is a ton of drug selling and using on the corner only steps from the house.
Advice to the owners
Sell the building, you clearly can’t handle being a landlord.
