    Okay for the price
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Close to subway and busses. Great neighborhood
    Cons:
    Very old building. Things are constantly breaking.
    Advice to owner:
    Spend money on upgrading the building
