Great home for 3 years
Pros
Joe is a great landlord, and management is very responsive. Never had issues communicating with them. Things get fixed very quickly, most times someone shows up the next day. The modern windows make the unit very quiet.
Cons
The mailbox sits outside of the building and mail can get soaked sometimes when it rains a lot, that would be the only downside. That area of the neighborhood could still be better in terms of restaurants and grocery stores. Most times you'll have to travel somewhere to meet those needs.
