Location location location Close by and easy access to so many bars, restaurants, train lines, groceries etv

Cons

Could hear upstairs neighbors sooo easily Only one washer and dryer so felt like competition to get laundry done. They raise the rent a lot

Can nearly always throw away my thrash in a bin Very little pests seen, rat trap near the thrash Nice and safe rooftop Laundry in building ($2-$2.50)
