Lazy, careless management
Pros
Location, corner building with lots of light, neighbors
Cons
Trash management very poor, which leads to rats and roaches in walls. Roach problem in my apartment. Every fix the landlord provides is a shoddy, bandaid fix, never a real fix. He tells you you’re wrong or imagining it when you describe a problem, and when you insist someone come look, the people he sends all do the same thing (condescending/dismissive of the issue, barely fix anything).
