Totally Average and Fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is nice and doesn’t argue, responsive to emergencies at late night. Building gets nice light and has average appliances.
Cons:
Has some odd quirks that indicate age (water leaks, discolored water occasionally). Garage next door can be loud (just with people talking/running engines) but it didn’t bother us.

Big apartments in good area! Needs updates

Pros:
Big apartments, great location, good price and owner generally responsive.
Cons:
Building is older so sometimes things naturally break - owner is pretty responsive but it can be frustrating. Also apartments have high ceilings and insulation isn’t awesome so heat bill can be high in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Make more than band aid fixes to this building! Invest in actually fixing, updating and replacing things that do not work
