two big rooms, great central ac, every room gets a good amount of light, private patio, all neighbors very quiet, water gets hot
our heater stopped turning on randomly halfway through winter and eventually we got it to work when the super came, black surface mold appears in bathroom even if we leave the fan on and door open. Neighborhood can have some colorful characters to say the least
