Pros

super clean, beautiful apartment with windows, great location, no pests, super would be pretty responsive and issues were dealt with reasonably quickly

Cons

heating could be super expensive in the winter, walls were really poorly insulated so it would get pretty cold. however the individual units in each room were really nice and effective. rooms were very small, online these units were sometimes advertised for groups of 3 but would be a better fit for 4. keypad would sometimes not work and front door was always sort of jammed which was hard for guests to get in and out of & this was never fixed while we lived there

Pros

Was generally a pretty cool building

Cons

Keypad didn’t always work! Not a roach infestation, but some roaches. Landlords often disregards and ignores requests.
