    High Design with poor function
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Large, bright space with upgraded appliances
    Cons:
    Poorly managed, with major issues going unaddressed while living there. Leaks, non-functioning heat / AC, and other major issues often required micromanagement of landlord to be addressed. Heat & AC never worked while residing there.

    Actively manage & fix issues promptly
