Lived at 148 Lefferts for 2.5 years

Pros

I was one of the first residents of 148 Lefferts Place after the renovation from 2019-2021. I had a great experience living there. The renovation is great. The management was responsive and helpful whenever I had issues. I liked that it was not with a property management company at the time

Cons

There are amenities in the buliding like the heated floors in the bathroom that didn't consistently work. However, this was a bonus feature anyways

A nice place to live

Pros

It's a small and clean building that's very well kept.

Cons

They take a while to respond to issues with the apartment but if its urgent they usually respond asap. Our hot water stopped working and they came within the hour to fix it.
