    Nice little place, genuine “mom & pop” landlords

    Convenient location for our needs, ownership very responsive and helpful
    Cons:
    Apartment very small for price, neighborhood quite dirty and noisy, pretty far from any subway station.
    Advice to owner:
    Bill this place as a 2 bedroom, not 3
