Landlords only acknowledge your existence when you end your lease

Pros:
New building, nice appliances
Cons:
Didn't finish the back yard in the entire time we lived there, left it like a junk yard, full of mosquitos. Very hard to get a response from building management. Can't even fill a bath tub in this apartment without running out of hot water. No heat for the first month of living there.
Advice to owner:
Need a better communication system with tenants
