    Beautiful, but not maintained

    Pros:
    Big rooms with big windows. Tall ceilings. Spacious kitchen. Separate living and dining. Right next to the park.
    Cons:
    Lots of flies and every winter mice problems. Small bathroom. Cabinets are breaking. Some windows are too old to open. Unresponsive owner. Super only does half his work
