Rats, Roaches and Leaks

Pros:
Neighborhood, tenants, that’s it
Cons:
Infested, worst building on the block, serious rodent problem, mold problem, corporate management only interested in improving and selling. Power is inconsistent. Owners need a few reminder every year to turn on heat.
