    Generally fine. Can be annoying

    Pros:
    Lots of light
    Nice neighbors and neighborhood
    close to the park
    Cute place overall
    Cons:
    Trash builds up in the entire front entrance
    Rainwater doesn’t drain well near entrance so there’s a puddle sometimes
    Front door to building doesn’t always close
