Great apartment at a glance but comes with crazy landlord and a ton of problems
Pros
Big spacious bathrooms and main living area, great natural light.
Cons
Dog in the backyard barked 24/7. The heaters were broken and it would be 85 degrees or higher all winter. The heat and hot water boiler also broke multiple times which the landlord refused to fix. The landlord called a swat team on us when we were having a Christmas party opening presents because he lived next door and we were making too much noise. The landlord is a genuine crazy person and wouldn't really fix or help us with any of the problems in the apartment until we stopped paying rent. My friend who is architect has also noted that the building appears unsafe and needs major renovations or to be condemned. Rent at your own risk.
