Bug issue never fixed

Pros:
Location was lovely- overall well kept. The super was incredible and kind.
Cons:
I lived in this apartment for 2 years and we had an overwhelming bug problem. We kept things VERY tidy but I never went an hour without seeing a bug-- even woke up one night with one IN MY HAIR
Advice to owner:
the whole building needs to be fumigated

Landlord responsiveness
Location to trains
Updated kitchen oven/stove prior to move in when we asked
Easy to communicate
Super lived nearby
Cons:
We lived on the first floor and in the winter the high school would need to plow the parking lot for teachers if it snowed. Theyd start when the snow stopped which sometimes was at 2A, this resulted in a very loud scraping of cement against metal. Not the landlord or buildings fault but the only downside tbh
