    Beautiful but not as well kept as it should be
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Small. Pretty. Amazing block.
    Cons:
    Could be maintained a little better. Cleaned. Newer trash cans. The laundry area. No issues of the building but the block is a main thoroughfare to get to the park
    Advice to owner:
    Love the building. A little modernization of the halls would be great
