    Pros:
    Clean, modern appliances.
    Cons:
    Management is never, ever reachable—they don't have an email address, they're not reachable by phone, and they do not accept visitors to their office so it is truly impossible to fix issues if you have them.
    Advice to owner:
    Get an email address and do your job.
