Location, location, location
Cons:
Front yard is falling apart. Little to no maintenance Indoor lobby seems like it has never been cleaned (carpet) Upstairs neighbors are paying very cheap rent (< $1000) and have caused leaks, fly infestations and an absurd amount of dust/dirt build up from all their non-stop banging
