Pros:
- you can't beat the location
- units are decent size, not tiny & totally livable
Cons:
- takes a bit to get in contact with the building manager and super
Advice to owner:
be more responsive and proactive to keep the building maintained

Living with Rent Stabilized neighbors, you pay market value

Location, location, location
Cons:
Front yard is falling apart. Little to no maintenance
Indoor lobby seems like it has never been cleaned (carpet)
Upstairs neighbors are paying very cheap rent (< $1000) and have caused leaks, fly infestations and an absurd amount of dust/dirt build up from all their non-stop banging
Advice to owner:
Listen to our complaints and do something about it
