    17 South Oxford Brooklyn, NY - Beautiful, deceiving, charming
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Movie like building, amazing location, building has old charm.
    Cons:
    When I lived there it was full of mice, house flies, mold, and gas leaks. Building management was responsive but didn’t handle things well.
    Advice to owner:
    Invest more money into the building as it’s crumbling.
