    Beautiful but Aging Home
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Beautiful parlor floor in duplex apartment, and the neighborhood & location is fantastic. Responsive Landlord, and other tenants very kind.
    Cons:
    Building is aging, and hasn't been consistently cared for. Trash, snow removal, and common area maintenance was left to tenants to figure out. Landlord not close by, so tenants must project manage issues.
    Advice to owner:
    Fulfill your responsibilities of caring for the building and common spaces
