Renters approve of the building's owners
The location isn't bad. Really liked some of the older tenants in the building. Nice stoop in front where you get to know a lot of the neighbors.
Out of control children in the above apartment. Mice. The occasional semi-hostile stranger trying to tail you inside the building. Bathroom sink that never quite drained properly and was never fixed.
