Pros:
big, rent controlled
Cons:
loudish, not responsive super, and someone frequent pests although this may be at fault of our specific unit’s previous owners
Advice to owner:
not sure tbh it’s my first rental

Pretty solid for what it is

Pros:
Super will come if you need. Trash is taken care of properly and promptly. Hallways and stairs are cleaned periodically. Verizon Fios is really really fast with almost no hiccups.
Cons:
It’s a very old building and some tenants complain of smells coming up from the drains or of mildew/mold smells. Not something I experienced myself.
