Awesome roof and cool pre war aesthetic.
Cons:
Heat barely works, terrible water pressure, over pricing rent stabilized units.
Advice to owner:
Follow the law.

loudish, not responsive super, and someone frequent pests although this may be at fault of our specific unit’s previous owners

not sure tbh it’s my first rental
