Never had any big issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Clean, newly renovated apartment.
- Management company was very responsive and responded to requests fast.
- Monthly preventive exterminator appointments.
- Never had any issues with bed bugs, roaches or any other insects.
- Could pay rent digitally online.
- Got my security deposit back when I moved out. It did take a couple months though and I had to remind them more than once.
Cons:
- I lived on the top floor and it would often get REALLY hot during the winters. I had to have the windows open or the AC on in the winter. Not a huge issue though.
- Elevator would be broken sometimes. I didn’t mind taking the stairs though.
- There was probably 20 small kids living in the building and they would all run around and play in the staircase and hallways every day. I’m going to sound like a total grump complaining about the sound of children playing, but it could get a bit tiresome at times. Not great when you work from home. But a white noise machine probably could’ve solved that issue!
- They tried to raise the rent with $200 after my first year of living there. I moved out to another place instead.
