Landlord gets things done, but drags his feet - required constant follow up
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brownstone charm w/ private backyard
Cons:
Landlord is very hands off. Super is very nice, but does patchwork job and leaves a mess. Had to regularly follow up for things to be fixed, exterminator services, and garbage was never managed.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the property better (especially the backyard) and hire someone to take care of the trash and snow.
