Management does not care

Good natural light in the bedrooms
Cons
The apartment had a fire that deemed our unit unlivable and literally no one from management ever even showed up one time afterwards. Even before that nightmare experience, the rats used to literally run across the stoop every night, there is zero garbage management (one bin outside and no recycling!) so black bags just piled up all week on the sidewalk, broke open, and spilled everywhere. Giant cockroaches every summer. I hate these people.
