    Great apartment besides the flooding

    Pros:
    Newly renovated, in unit washer and dryer, dish washer, backyard/patio area, close to the subway
    Cons:
    Would regularly flood, could hear rats in the walls, lots of silverfish due to flooding

    Big, private bathrooms, outdoor space, light, great subway location
    Cons:
    You can hear the train from the apt (didnt bother me)
    Advice to owner:
    Great job on the apt is one of a kind
